Rates given include both bedrooms and up to 4 people. (Parties of five or six persons, add 20%.) There are no taxes or service charges. No meals are included but Continental Breakfast can be ordered optionally.
A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking:
-This deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of booked arrival date.
-A further, non-refundable 25% deposit is due within 30 days of scheduled arrival.
-Balance is due upon departure.
Forms of Payment:
Deposits may be made by PayPal or by personal check (checks must be in Brazilian Reas or US Dollars only). At check-out, the final payment may be made by PayPal or in cash.

Partial refunds are generally not given for early departures.
